Your information may be stored on a third-party vendor platform, depending on how you make your reservation.
For example, if you make your reservation for one of our hotels on Expedia.com instead of on our hotel’s website, the information custodian of Expedia, a company independent of Country House Inns, maintains a copy of your information in accordance with their privacy policy. They provide us with the necessary information for your booking.

We record your e-mail address when you make an online booking or check-in. Your email address will only be used for reservation related emails (i.e. confirmation, cancellation, payment receipts) and emails that give you the option to subscribe to marketing messages or other mailing lists as managed by our Information Privacy Protection Officer.

If you send us an email directly or complete an online guest survey, we will use your email address only to respond to your email or guest survey. It will not be added to any mailing lists.

We will not disclose your email address or other personally identifiable information to anyone, without your explicit consent.

When you visit our website, our web hosting service and/or Google Analytics makes a record of your visit for statistical purposes, which we use to see how people use our website and look for ways to improve it. The information stored is technical in nature and does not include any personally identifiable information.
